What is going on?

Post by jjoxford2007 » Mon Feb 06, 2017 3:47 pm

Just yesterday I was playing PS4 online no problems, then I get on today fine. That is...until about 4 hours ago. I get signed out without any error message. I do a blacklist search up, and come across this:

Is that the reason I am unable to connect to the playstation network? When I try to visit the sony entertainment network site it says:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/" on this server.
Reference #18.aeef3e17.1486424769.2ad72a8e

Any help would be appreciated.

The blacklists are for use by mail servers in communicating with other mail servers. The DUL listing indicates that you have a likely dynamically assigned IP address and a mail server should not be running on that IP address.

You'll need to contact Sony to determine why you can no longer log in. I frequently see this issue asked on Twitter (@AskPlayStation). You can also contact them via the web at http://support.us.playstation.com

You can follow me on Twitter and Facebook for some behind the scenes info.
