Is that IP address associated with a mail server or your home internet connection?

It's normal for residential IP addresses to both be on at least one or two blacklists and that your IP address may change frequently.

The blacklists are designed for mail server to mail server communication. It's common to see residential IP addresses listed as they should not be used to run mail servers.
