JustSpam.org Removal Problem

I have no idea if this is the correct place to post this, so please forgive me if it isn't!

Apparently my server IP has been blacklisted by JustSpam.org. When I try to have it de-listed, I just receive the following error:

Check an IP

Checking b.barracudacentral.org > OK
Checking bl.mailspike.net > OK
Checking bl.spameatingmonkey.net > OK
Checking bl.spamcop.net > OK
Checking bl.tiopan.com > OK
Checking bogons.cymru.com > OK
Checking cbl.abuseat.org > OK
Checking db.wpbl.info > OK
Checking dnsbl.inps.de > OK
Checking dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net > OK
Checking ips.backscatterer.org > OK
Checking ix.dnsbl.manitu.net > OK
Checking psbl.surriel.com > OK
Checking spam.abuse.ch > OK
Checking zen.spamhaus.org > OK

Your IP ****** is not listed by other well-known blacklists.
To remove it from dnsbl.justspam.org fill the captcha to get your delistinglink.
Couldn't connect to server

There is no way to contact them, so I was wondering if anyone had information as to how to contact anyone there?

You could be firewalled or otherwise blocked, or it could simply be congestion/busy-ness of some kind. Wait a few minutes, and then try again.

If I remember correctly, the JustSpam removal process expects you to make contact using the IP address that is listed. If it is your email provider whose server is listed, they will have to submit the removal request.

It appears their remove process is broken. I've attempted to reach out to them previously but have not heard back.

I have problem much similar with the de-listing process.
Our mail server sits in our DMZ with a different IP, but from the same IP block, than the IP currently blacklisted by JustSpam.org
I have attempted to de-list but I know the email sent from the different IP.
In addition, our firewall has rules that prevent any SMTP messages from being sent from any address other than the mail server - which asks the question how did this IP get blacklisted in the first place. We do not have a rogue bot on the network.
I'm curious if there is another way to de-list and to find the reason for being blacklisted initially
