Hi All been having an issue with dnsbl.justspam.org it is the only list that our IP is listed on
and I have requested removal numerous times through their website however it doesn't work.
There is no contact email or phone number to request any support on this matter
Their web system will not allow you to request removal until you are off all other lists (which we are) and
Their own system shows that we are indeed eligible for removal and we have gone
through the process numerous times see below.
These spam lists are great but when they are abandoned or unsupported it really sucks for
small Internet providers like us who are doing everything we can to stay off them.
Because of this one stupid defunct list our clients are unable to access certain online banks
If anyone has some ideas or contact info for them it would be greatly appreciated

They have a number of criteria that must be met, it is NOT enough that your IP address isn't listed elsewhere. Part of the process is to send them email. As near as I can make out, the email must arrive at their end directly from the listed IP address. There are other criteria, such as having a proper rDNS.
I have written many times since 1 week .. I have had no answer ... they indicate a delay of 3 hours to be removed from the blacklist, while it does for me more than 144 hours ... I think they are on vacation or that the activity of this site has stopped ... but what to do ?? it's a mystery !
