JustSpam.org delisting without mail server

Post by Mordraug »

We had security breach thanks to mikrotik winbox exploit, and attacker used our router as Socks proxy to send spam, now after securing this, I was able to get our ip delisted from most of blacklists, however JustSpam.org has a condition that we can't meet since we don't have mail server (we use external provider) and we can't send email directly from our ip. (Somehow this does not stop blacklist from blocking our mails. <_<) JustSpam.org provides absolutely zero contact info. How do I proceed?

If you are not sending mail directly from your IP address the JustSpam listing should have no impact.

What is the error/bounce message that you are seeing that is indicating that's the issue?

So far we're not getting any bounces anymore, but our emails end up in SPAM folders which really disturbs communication with our suppliers.
