DNS email Blacklist

Hey,
how can I find a full list of mail server IPs address in the email blacklists.
Or how can I know the data in DNS blacklists without active access to them.

You would need to reach out to each blacklist individually to see if they'll provide a snapshot of their database.

Keep in mind that each blacklist's list of IP addresses is constantly changing.
