Unblock My Company IP address

Hi all,

My company is using the static IP address 203.118.57.20 which currently is being blacklist cause our company email unable to be send out and receive which we are force to be using the webmail. We also having some issue when try to go certain website from time to time. As we have our own company email which is host by hosting company. Below is the blacklisted :-

all.s5h.net
dnsbl.dronebl.org
dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net
dnsbl-3.uceprotect.net

Can I know what is the issue which cause my IP address get blacklisted and how to prevent it ?
