BLACK LIST IN DNSBL.SORBS.NET

Please since more than three weeks now am not able to send email and when i try to look my IP and i found our my IP is black listed in DNSBL.SORBS.NET

Please how do i remove my self from this , I was using dynamic IP but i have just change to static IP



My IP IS 78.173.74.28


Please help me out my business is going down just because of this am losing hug

78.173.74.28 does not appear to be a mail server, but more likely a home/office/wireless IP address.

What is the error message you are receiving when trying to send mail?
