I have recently starting working for a small business that hosts its own mail server.
It appears that a computer from inside our network has been infected with a Spam
Trojan and caused our IP address to become blacklisted.
My question is, from here now that I have isolated my issue, (isolating the machine and
locking down the SMTP access via our Firewall) how do I have our IP
removed from the Blacklists and start being able to email out to our customers again?
Post your questions about DNS based blacklists, what they are, listing status, and removal help.

Please let us know which blacklist as the removal methods vary. Most that detect viruses will general clear themselves in about a week if the issue is resolved.
