Is there an API for proxy checking?

I am hosting a game server and would like to block vpns/proxies. I found http://whatismyipaddress.com/proxy-check to be very useful in doing so manually, but I would like to know if there are any parameters I can give the site, or if a possible API exists where I can check the ips. Thanks!

You can watch the Sites News section (there is a subscribe link at the bottom) or you can periodically check the API page.
