How to understand tracker info on a email provider by a website like trackapp

Hello I am trying to translate the information provider by a website i paided to track when a email is received can anyone help .is the IP address a bear location if the receiver or is this the tracking company ?

Hello ,so I have paided an online site call trackapp to tell me when an email is open ,the problem is I am not sure it's the person I am trying to email .I almost did a truthfinder on the person and as possible emails this one comes up is the IP address close location of who is receiving the email or is this the trackers people who are seeing when it opens ?

IF I HAVE A IP ADDRESS THAT WAS PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING COMPANY THAT ALERTED ME WHEN OPENED ECT.IS THIS A POSSIBLE NEAR LOCATION OF THE RECEIVERS?

Yes, it's possible that the reported IP address could be near the sender's location.
