Is it possible for someons to clone my Geo location. My info was stolen and charges on credit card. They say it came from my location???

IP address geolocation is by no means 100% accurate. But yes, it's easy to spoof location information, but it's hard to know what location database some business might be using.

That may have meant that it was done from the same city, not necessarily the same isp and ip address. But then again, if your device is virus infected or has a rat on it, anything is possible at that point.
