No, not even a broad area. No area.

You could hire a lawyer and subpoena the records from Google.

You might also want to try a service like WhoReadMe to see if you can get their IP from them reading an email with an image in it.

Hi,

Just wondering if you found out anything? I am receiving emaisl from the same IP. I do have a name from the person not sure if it is there real name.
